Every set from The Capsule is a piece of art, handcrafted specifically for you based on your chosen measurements and design. Because of this deeply personal and bespoke nature, all sales are final.

We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or a change of mind. This is why we are so committed to the Sizing Kit process—it is the essential first step that allows us to create your piece with the confidence that it will be a perfect fit. When you purchase from us, you are commissioning a custom work, and we thank you for understanding this part of the process.

Our Commitment When It Matters Most

Our promise of grace is our commitment to you if we make a mistake. If your product has a quality issue, or if you receive an order that is not what you commissioned, our pledge of unconditional trust comes into full effect.
