Order Processing & Crafting

As every nail set is meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order to your unique specifications, please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to complete your order. This crafting period ensures that every set meets our exacting standards of quality before it is dispatched.

Shipping Policy

Our design studio and fulfillment center are located in the international hub of Hong Kong, allowing us to provide an efficient shipping experience to our key markets. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Singapore & Malaysia

Singapore: $5 USD Standard Shipping (~7 SGD).

  • Malaysia: $8 USD Standard Shipping.

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $60 USD.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Hong Kong

$5 USD via SF Express.

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

    Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Rest of World

We offer tracked international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note, The Capsule is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. As every nail set is a custom-made, hygienic product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. All sales are final.

We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit or carefully following our manual measurement guide to ensure a perfect fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at info@thecapsule.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you with a solution.
